Rügenwaldermünde had 22 fire places.

On 28 February the autonomy of the city Rügenwalde ended. King Friedrich William I. of Prussia issued an advice-domestic regulation with 89 paragraphs. It used a mayor and a permanent town councillor. The mayor and the town councillors got fixed payment.

1722

The fifth large fire destroys 94 houses and the city hall of Rügenwalde.

Were at Rügenwalde located 3 to 5 Prussian Infantry companies.

The new city hall of Rügenwalde was built on the cemetery, south the Marien church.

Since this year a clock has been over the entrance of the city hall.

The city Rügenwalde had 1983 inhabitants.

The east wing of the castle was converted into a salt deposit.

Schöningswalde was created by king Friedrich "the Large" by Prussia.

The Seven Years' War began.

1759-1761

 

The Russian troops filled, on their march to Berlin, Rügenwalde and drew in after the battle of Kunersdorf (1759) in Berlin. They left the city only again 1762 briefly before the death of empress Elisabeth of Russia.

The old powder mill was replaced by a grain mill. Here it concerned the Guttelsmühle.

Rügenwaldermünde was set by the Russian troop's one fire, the bridge was destroyed.

The Seven Years' War ended.

1765

 

The brickyard at the stone gate was sold to the buyer Riensberg. The area was us well-known ash mountain.

1770

 

Had Rügenwalde 381 houses with clay tile roofing and 162 barns.

1772

 

The port of Rügenwaldermünde was re-created after the destruction in the Seven Years' War by the king Friedrich II. (the Large). Starting from this time was on the mole headings, to both sides of the entry, storm signals.

1777

 

A mulberry tree-Plantage, on the city barrier, was invested by Rügenwalde. Here it is the castle barrier or later Katzensteig (cat-rises).

A canvas and a linen manufacture were opened.

1781

 

The import and export (conversion) of the port amounted to at this time 41000 Taler.

1781-1782

 

On the shipyard at the Reeperbahn 12 large ships were built.

The city Rügenwalde had 2255 inhabitants.

The first port map was drawn by Rügenwalde.

1798

 

Mr. G. F. Hemptenmacher, from Stendal, was accepted to the buyes trade by Rügenwalde.
